Compact electric-powered aerobatic glider of Arcel construction.

PARABOLIC is a fast electric-powered aerobatic glider whose broad speed range and versatility are attractive primarily to the advanced pilot. After a brisk climb to height this agile model is capable of all aerobatic manoeuvres, including loops, rolls, stall-turns, inverted flight, Immelmann turns and reversals. The Eppler 374 mod. airfoil and broad wing chord make an important contribution to the aeroplane's wide speed range and therefore also to its docile landing characteristics. At landing time the fuselage nose is protected by injection-moulded plastic parts.

If your preference is for pure gliding at the slope, the propeller can be removed and a "glider nose-cone" fitted in its place. In strong winds and for high-speed slope flying up to 200 g of ballast can be installed at the Centre of Gravity. With the extra inertia the PARABOLIC is transformed into a genuine "slope racer".
